Scope	To perform pre-commission pipework disinfection works in accordance with BS8558:2015 for retail clients across the leisure and hospitality sectors.
Service	W.E.T have established a low-cost, fixed-price, nationwide framework with this client, delivering disinfections on a ‘call off’ basis, often on short lead times (including next day service). Same day release forms and UKAS microbiological sampling in accordance with BS8558:2015 are delivered as standard.

The reason we have worked with W.E.T for several years now is that they make my job simple. Pipework disinfections are honestly only a small part of our contracts, so we don’t have time to procure quotes every job and deal with regional sub-contractors. Project	Remedy of Legionella positive following routine sampling
Client	Secondary school with 1000 pupils
Location	Leamington Spa
Scope	Full system remedials and disinfection following a positive high count of Legionella pneumophila serogroup 2-14 taken during corroborative routine sampling of a tank fed cold system.
Service	W.E.T firstly conducted extended system sampling to establish that Legionella had propagated the entire cold water system across the school. An immediate risk assessment review was conducted by the company’s senior compliance officer, which identified several remedial works as the cause. Dead leg removal and tank bypass works were carried out by W.E.T’s in-house plumbers followed by an overnight system disinfection using 5000ppm of silver stabilised hydrogen peroxide to include hundreds of strainer cleans, which achieved a Log 3 reduction of Legionella across the site. Following further disinfection works, this eliminated Legionella from the system.

Location	Midlands
Scope	Working for the incumbent PFI service provider to deliver the water hygiene control scheme including microbiological sampling, risk assessment schematics and Shower Management.
Service	W.E.T are the chosen supplier to perform 1000s of Microbiological samples for Legionella and Pseudomonas across the Trust in accordance with the Water Safety Plan, which is represented by an industry-leading Authorising Engineer for water. W.E.T’s technicians are City & Guilds trained in water sampling and have several years’ experience navigating the corridors of a complex hospital footprint.

Client	Leading provider of assisted living accommodation
Location	Nationwide
Scope	Exclusive provider of Legionella risk assessments and ongoing rectification works for hundreds of wide-ranging homes across the UK for residents with learning disabilities and autism.
Service	W.E.T’s DBS checked and City & Guilds qualified Legionella risk assessors perform hundreds of Legionella risk assessments for this support housing group. Detailed and fully costed recommendations for remediating non-compliant water systems are provided to the client by W.E.T’s dedicated account manager, working to ensure that priority actions are expedited to safeguard vulnerable tenants from the risk of scalding and exposure to Legionella bacteria. Remedial works include tank replacements, deadleg removal, TMV installations, water heater replacements and many more, all carried out by W.E.T’s in-house Level 2 plumbing team.

Client	County Council
Location	Midlands
Scope	Delivery of water hygiene compliance services in line with HSG 274, including TMV servicing, shower cleaning, temperature monitoring, water heater inspections and water tank cleaning.
Service	Following a successful tender bid in 2010, W.E.T have retained this public contract over the years and following various retenders, by providing a reliable and value for money service for the council across hundreds of schools and other public buildings throughout the county. Now in a 10-year Partnership with an M&E service provider, W.E.T prides itself of being able to continually deliver compliance services in accordance with client SLAs, despite the challenges of access and high volumes, thanks to a dedicated team of back office support staff.
